Concerns cannot be amended or deleted as in order to be used as evidence, a document must be safe from alteration and/or deletion. 


If you are certain that a concern has been logged by mistake, email support@imperosoftware.com with the concern ID number and it can be manually deleted from the database. This should NOT be used where you have logged a concern, but later believe it to be unfounded or less serious - you should maintain these as a history in case further issues arise. You can add a reply or resolution to an existing concern to clarify this or change the concern type or child if appropriate.
