To add your school locations, go to the Administration panel and select Locations.



We usually add some standard locations, but your school or trust may have chosen to set your system up slightly differently. When setting up EdAware, we strongly recommend that you add every major location within the school, as well as Match, Residential, and any offsite education or alternative provision you use.


Additional First Aid locations can be added in the future, but once a location has been used in a concern, it cannot be deleted. Instead you can mark a location as no longer in use if needed.
